What's actually load-bearing right this period — refreshed when reality changes, not on a calendar. The rest of the site is the catalogue; this page is the clock.
Focus this period
- AlphaFeed + SharpFeed in their respective proof windows — letting live data confirm or kill the gating thresholds before any live capital advances. The interesting work right now is observing, not building.
- Receptiv open for new customers; outreach pipeline catching up on follow-ups from earlier waves. Looking for one more strong reference before the next batch.
- Portfolio writeups added as authorized engagements close. Quality over quantity — one well-told finding beats a dozen anonymous "we found a thing" posts.
Quietly building
- Evrima ESP — Windows kernel-mode research project. Personal-use only, not distributed; the interesting parts are the threat-math layer and the driver/client split, not the cheat surface.
- This site, mostly. Adding detail pages to the projects that earn them.
Looking for
- Authorized security work — bug bounty, paid pentest, RE consultancy. Web app and Windows-side both fine.
- Remote async collaboration on something genuinely interesting — crypto, prediction markets, low-level Windows / RE, automation infrastructure for small teams.
- One more parallel project I can ship without burning out the existing stack. Bias for the kind of thing where the right answer isn't obvious.
Reading / learning
- Windows kernel internals — driver lifecycle, IRP flow, memory protection primitives, the way modern anti-cheat is structured.
- Polymarket gamma + CLOB API quirks — settlement edge cases especially.
- Game-engine memory layouts (Unreal
AActortraversal patterns, persistent vs replicated state).
Not doing
Phone calls, agency-pretend, anything that wants my legal name on a public surface, crypto-token launches, NFT projects, growth-hacking schemes. Said it on /about and meaning it more not less over time.
